Kristina Powell is amazing! When she read my face, she was so accurate I wanted to run and get plastic surgery to hide my character flaws from the world! Be forewarned: Wear a mask when you meet her!!

You’ve probably heard how a good 80% of our communication is seen in our body language, and tells us what people are really thinking.
Facial analysis is very similar. You can read a person’s face and know their character, even with people who are good at disguising their emotions and body language.
A person can be perfectly still and you can still read them.
A college senior going on an interview can learn a lot about an interviewer’s money beliefs – for example – by looking at their face.
They can tell whether the interviewer is cost-conscious and very value-oriented.
If they are, the senior can, at appropriate times, include in the conversation how they will save the company time and money.
The interviewer’s ears will perk right up!
In essence, the student can say they’ll directly save the company money by being aware of spending pitfalls in their job and around the office.
The interviewee can also show they’ll be cost conscious by suggesting “I work smart and hard, so if you hire me, the company will get more value than what they’re paying for.”
In the interviewer’s mind, this saves the business money indirectly.
Also, with the cost-driven person you must appear to be perfectly confident during the interview.
On the other hand, the interviewer may be more service-oriented; they certainly like deals but they are not quite as concerned about price.
They’re all about giving, caring, extending a hand.
The senior should then communicate ways they’ll help the company help their clients and customers – what a great impression that makes!
The senior will also find out that with this interviewer, you don’t have to act quite as confident as with the money-conscious type.
You can easily see these telltale character traits in one spot on the face. There’s nothing complicated about it.
Facial analysis is like an instant personality barometer, or a handbook on human beings.
